Mullan Training Expands IT Courses
A company that has been delivering Microsoft accredited corporate IT courses for over 15 years, Mullan Training, is now urging a greater use of its training resources.
Already working with clients such as NIE, the NI Housing Executive and FG Wilson, they have always been a trusted provider of professional computer training.
Now, Mullan Training has identified the need to constantly improve and update their service in order to grow.
Therefore the firm is now providing Adobe Creative Suite CS5 Training and as well as the CS4 and CS3 editions of the software, Mullan Training has refreshed its quality training to include Adobe Photoshop CS5 training, Adobe InDesign CS5 training, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 training, Adobe Illustrator CS5 Training, and training in all the other members of the Adobe CS5 Creative Suite.
Mullan is also delivering evening classes in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint as it has identified a reluctance for some professionals to take time away from the office for training so have begun to offer evening computer training classes in their Belfast City Centre office on Amelia Street – just opposite the Europa Hotel/bus station.
They usually run from 6pm-8pm and have generated a lot of interest in the short time they have been running.
Mullan Training has also extended its service beyond Belfast city centre and has recently begun delivering computer training courses in Omagh, even dedicating a website to this new service at: www.omaghittraining.com
This is part of a growth strategy that will see computer training courses in Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop CS5 - and any other application required – delivered in Coleraine, Newry, and the city of Derry.

Roads Service Ready For Winter Weather
Infrastructure Minister John O'Dowd has confirmed that the Department's winter service team is prepared to tackle the current cold snap. Around 300 staff and 130 gritters are ready to salt main roads, while 12 snow blowers are available for deployment if necessary. To ensure a comprehensive winter service, the Department has allocated £3.

Man Charged After Glenarm Shooting
Detectives investigating the incident on Feystown Road on Monday, 25 November, have charged a 41-year-old man with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, and criminal damage. The accused is due to appear at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, 28 November.

Man Dies After Bus Fall In Belfast
Detectives are investigating the death of an 80-year-old man who fell from a bus in Belfast. Police have said that they believe the man was travelling on a 2J Translink Metro bus service at around 11:15am on Friday, 08 November, when he suffered a fall as the bus travelled along Royal Avenue, near it's junction with North Street.
