Man electrocuted in industrial accident in Belfast
A man has died in an industrial accident at a slip road off the M1 near Belfast.
Greg Cousins, 20, from Bowens Manor in Lurgan, County Armagh, who was working for a sub-contracting firm, was electrocuted when a crane touched an overhead power cable near Dunmurry shortly before 11pm on Saturday December 16.
John Douglas of the Ambulance Service said paramedics from two vehicles tried to help the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination of the man’s body was carried out on Sunday. (AMcE)

Police Appeal Following Fatal Crash In Fermanagh
Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash in Co Fermanagh. A 42-year-old man died in the crash which happened on the Belfast Road in Brookeborough at around 8.35am on Friday, 08 June. The man was the driver of one of the vehicles involved. Police are appealing to anyone who may have dash can footage to contact them.

Weekend road victim named
Police have released the name of a 44-year old man who was killed in a road traffic incident at the weekend. Jim Donaghy, from the Donegal Road area of South Belfast, died after the motorbike he was driving was in collision with a car on Sunday afternoon. The incident happened at around 2.30pm in the Temple area of Carryduff.

Man Arrested In Connection With Dromara Assault
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a report of an assault at licenced premises at the Rathfriland Road area of Dromara. Detective Inspector Bell said: "Shortly before 10:10pm on Friday 15th December, it was reported that an altercation occurred at a bar in the area following three men refused entry to the premises.
