BIC Systems to deliver all-Ireland software training
Leading IT solutions and skills provider, BIC Systems, have won a prestigious contract to deliver Microsoft training on an all-Ireland basis.
The company, with headquarters in Belfast and Dublin, have been appointed the sole Microsoft Academic Professional Development Centre for the whole of Ireland, which will see BIC Systems supply teachers and lecturers with the necessary skills to educate their students about Microsoft products.
The company has also recently beaten off competition from almost 100 other firms across the UK to secure a £2 million contract to provide computerised management systems for Salisbury District Council.
BIC Systems offers a range of e-business solutions to both private and public sector enterprises to enable their customers to become more efficient and effective through the application of enterprise applications development, comprising infrastructure design and deployment, outsourced and managed services and technology consulting.
BIC System’s Developer Solutions group is also Ireland’s leading software process consultancy.
BIC Systems also encourages greater staff involvement in business improvement through the “Quest for the Best” process, which sees the company’s workforce of around 200 staff treated with equal respect for individual views and opinions. (CL)
