Concrete Deal Paves The Way For Future Sales
Northern Ireland concrete products manufacturer Acheson & Glover is supplying paving to one of the largest residential developments in south Dublin in a contract potentially worth €750,000 in future sales to the Co Tyrone based company.
Work on the Honey Park homes at the site of the former Dun Laoghaire Golf Club is already underway and is expected to be spread over a 10 year period by major contractor Cosgrave Developments.
Acheson & Glover is supplying its range of Plaza and Country Cobble paving on the pathways and central courtyard of the development which will extend to paving throughout the scheme as the development progresses.
"Plaza paving is our latest product and has been designed to provide a very versatile paving option, particularly suitable for schemes with a contemporary feel," said Stephen Acheson, Managing Director Acheson & Glover.
"A keenly priced modular product, it is proving particularly popular with architects because it offers increased design options and in this new residential development is versatile enough to provide a continuation in design over a large area."
