Stage Times For Live At The Beach Released
The promoter of this Saturday’s Live at the Beach concert at East Strand in Portrush has just announced the stage times for the concert.
With headline acts including The Wanted - who are making their first NI appearance - and all girl pop band The Saturdays, (pictured here) the full schedule lists some seven hours of nonstop music at the event.
Gates open at 4pm when Cool FM presenters Pete Snodden and Paul Kennedy take to the stage to welcome everyone to the event before award-winning Dublin artist David Turpin performs from 5pm to 5.20pm. They are followed by Belfast producer Micky Modelle from 5.30pm to 5.45pm.
X-Factor runner-up Lloyd Daniels plays from 5.55pm to 6.20pm, while urban artist Fugative takes centre stage from 6.30pm to 6.50pm. Norwegian band John Snow then perform from 7pm to 7.30pm.
Then the main events get going with X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke delivers a half hour set from 7.45pm to 8.20pm.
The Saturdays, who are set to perform their new single ‘Notorious’ for the Portrush crowd, are live for an hour from 8.40pm to 9.40pm before headliners The Wanted entertain fans from 10pm to 11pm.
They will perform their brand new single ‘Glad You Came’ on stage for one of the very first times.
As well as the potpourri of pop music, Live at the Beach also features a ‘festival village’ of shops, stalls and food outlets. Younger concert goers will also be able to enjoy distractions such as bouncy castles, face painting and giant inflatable slides.
Those who have not yet bought tickets still have a chance to do so from www.ticketmaster.ie
and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide. Standard tickets cost £36.96 plus booking fees, while family tickets (for up to four people) cost £133 plus reduced booking fees. Further updates are available on www.plmpromotions.com.
