Bring Me The Horizon To Set In Belfast
Tickets are still available for North England metallers Bring Me The Horizon, who are appearing in the Mandela Hall this week.
Formed in Sheffield in 2004, Bring Me The Horizon have gone from hyped youngsters, winning the Kerrang Award for Best British Newcomers in 2006, to a major band that has split the metal community.
Their latest album, with its loquacious title There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret, was released at the end of 2010. Soon after the band were on tour in the US, UK, Australia and Japan throughout playing their biggest shows to date in December 2010, supporting Bullet For My Valentine on the Fever arena tour, including the legendary Wembley Arena.
They are currently featuring as special guest to Machine Head on their European tour.
Meanwhile, hardcore metal band While She Sleeps, who are also from Sheffield, have been announced as support act on the night. They recently signed with Good Fight Music and their album "The North Stands For Nothing" is to be released in North America on November 23rd.
Bring The Horizon play the Mandela Hall on August 24 & Dublin's Academy on August 25. Tickets go onsale this Friday, July 8th, at 9am. Doors open at 7pm and Tickets are £18.50 plus Booking Fee available from QUB Students Union, The Stiff Kitten, www.shine.net and Ticketmaster outlets.

The 'Northern Ireland Horizon 2020 Action Plan' sets out the key actions to be carried out during 2013 to ensure local companies and researchers can succeed at Horizon 2020.
