Pensioner Killed In Bus Crash‎

An elderly woman has died after being knocked down by a bus at Wellington Road in Enniskillen.

Kitty Gault, 78, was taken to Erne Hospital following the accident which happened at about 11:30am on Wednesday, she died shortly before 2pm.

Police are appealing for witnesses.

Pensioner dies in County Down road collision
An elderly man has died following an road accident in County Down yesterday. The accident happened on the A1 dual carriageway, at Banbridge. The Citroen car, which the 74-year-old man was driving, was involved in a collision with a lorry. The accident happened shortly before 2pm. The man’s name has yet to be released by police.
