Severe Winds Cause Chaos
The Met Office has predicted severe gales across Northern Ireland today.
Gusts of over 90 mph may hit some areas and a severe weather warning has been announced for Tuesday.
Many roads have been closed because of trees falling and a number of power lines have also been damaged.
Roads have been closed in Belfast, Coleraine, Londonderry, Lurgan, Downpatrick and Omagh.
The Foyle Bridge in Derry is closed and some bus and train services have been disrupted.
All ferries between Larne and Cairnryan have been suspended until further notice.

Roads Service Ready For Winter Weather
Infrastructure Minister John O'Dowd has confirmed that the Department's winter service team is prepared to tackle the current cold snap. Around 300 staff and 130 gritters are ready to salt main roads, while 12 snow blowers are available for deployment if necessary. To ensure a comprehensive winter service, the Department has allocated £3.
