Former Billionaire Declared Bankrupt
Businessman Sean Quinn has been declared bankrupt in the High Court today.
Mr Quinn had his bankruptcy status in Northern Ireland annulled last Tuesday.
The former billionaire accepted the decision which was brought by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) over debts of approximately €2bn.
He is no longer bankrupt in the UK.
Mr Quinn's business empire collapsed over the past two years after bank shares he purchased became worthless.

Judge Favours Bank In Quinn Case
A judge has ruled that former billionaire Sean Quinn is not entitled to file for bankruptcy in Northern Ireland. Quinn declared himself bankrupt in November, following a legal challenge by the Anglo Irish bank which claimed he should be declared bankrupt in the Republic of Ireland.
