Iveagh Launches In NI
A fund management firm has launched its investment proposition into Northern Ireland.
Iveagh, the Guinness family asset management business, has partnered with firms in Northern Ireland to distribute its funds, which include the Iveagh Wealth Fund and the Iveagh Core Portfolios.
The Iveagh funds will offer investors access to the investment team managing the private portfolios of key members of the Guinness family, including Lord Iveagh. To date investors have put £215m into the funds.
The Fund aims to generate attractive investment returns over the long term with controlled risk.
Meanwhile the fund invests across a well-diversified range of asset classes, using both active and passive investments, typically Exchange Traded Funds, which provide both diversification and liquidity at minimum cost.
Iveagh’s Core Portfolios are a range of six multi-asset, globally diversified risk-rated funds.
Each fund represents a risk profile, helping investors understand the targeted returns and volatility they can expect from their investment and helping advisers choose a fund that best matches the investor’s appetite for risk.
