Police Arrest Man Over Pensioner's Murder
Police, who have been investigating the murder of a Northern Irish pensioner, have arrested a man, in England, in connection with the crime.
Coleraine man Norman Moffatt,73, was walking home after buying a paper in a local shop on Railway Road, Coleraine, on 26 January 2001 when he was stabbed.
He died two months later in hospital on 19 March.
Police revealed on the tenth anniversary of his death in January 2011 that Mr Moffatt may have been the victim of a random stabbing after his killer had a row with a friend or relative.
It has now been confirmed that Police have arrested a 42-year-old man in England.
He was arrested in the Stockport area on and will be brought back to Northern Ireland for questioning.

A 54-year-old man has been arrested in suspicion of murder in connection with the death of an elderly man on 30 June in County Tyrone. The 84-year-old man was found dead at an address in Blackwater Road, Dromore. Police investigating the death made two arrests on Tuesday.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
