Residents Evacuated Following Security Alert
A number of residents have been evacuated from their homes in Lurgan, County Armagh, following a security alert.
Police were alerted that a suspect device was left on a railway line, at around 1.30am this morning.
Army bomb experts have been tasked, and train services have also been stopped.
Bells Row and the Lake Street areas have been closed.
Diversions have been put in place.

Residents have been evacuated from their homes following a security alert in L'Derry. Homes were evacuated on Thursday afternoon following reports of a suspicious object in the Southway area. Army bomb disposal experts and police are at the scene and the area has been cordoned off.

Coleraine Residents Evacuated Amid Security Alert
A number of residents in Coleraine have been evacuated from their homes due to an overnight security alert. Police seized a suspicious object for examination during the operation on the Drumtarsey Road. The route was closed in both directions following reports of the object on Thursday evening, 02 August.

Suspicious Object Sparks L'Derry Security Alert
Families have been evacuated from their L'Derry homes amid reports of a suspicious device in the area. A police operation in the vicinity of Clon Elagh, just off the Skeoge Road, was sparked this afternoon, Monday 15 April, after an object was discovered. Local residents have been asked to evacuate the area as a precaution. Police are at the scene.
