Teenager Seriously Injured In Attack
A teenager is in a serious condition in hospital after being attacked in the north Belfast area on Saturday.
The 16-year-old suffered head injuries during the assault which occurred on the Antrim Road at around 8pm.
A 43-year-old man has been arrested.
Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Arrested Over Teen Attack
A 42-year-old man has been arrested over an attack in Glengormley in which a teenager was seriously injured last weekend. The 16-year-old suffered severe head injuries in the assault which occurred on the Antrim Road at around 8pm on Saturday. A 43-year-old man previously arrested was released unconditionally.

A teenager is being treated for leg injuries after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in Londonderry last night. The 16-year-old was at his Carnhill home in the city when a gang of masked men forced their way into the house at around 8pm.

OAPs injured in pipe-bomb attack
Three pensioners have been injured following a pipe-bomb attack at a house in Belfast last night. At around 8pm, two women and a man, all believed to be in their 70s, were in a house in Ambleside Street, off the Shankill Road, when the device was thrown through the living room window.

A man armed with a butchers knife has robbed a newsagents on the Newtownards Road in east Belfast. At around 8pm last night a masked man entered a shop near Lendrick Street and pressed a knife against a shop assistants throat. The robber escaped with money and cigarettes.

A teenager girl has sustained serious injuries after being assaulted in Co Antrim. The 14-year-old girl was attacked with a bottle outside a house in the Carnbeg area on Saturday night, 21 May, into Sunday morning, 22 May. The victim suffered serious injuries to her face and head following an altercation outside a house party.
