New Premises For Fermanagh Firm Officially Opens
Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster today officially opened new state of the art premises for Fermanagh company, Webtech (NI) Ltd.
Webtech NI provides a wide range of packaging services to the food and drinks industry, including a number of high profile customers such as Coca-Cola, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Schweppes and Nestle. The company is located in Enniskillen and employs120 people.
The opening of the new factory marks the culmination of a two year £4.5million investment programme to refurbish and extend the existing facility in Enniskillen.
Speaking at the opening, Arlene Foster said: "Established in Enniskillen for over 20 years, Webtech NI has steadily grown into a significant international player, performing strongly in challenging export markets.
"Webtech NI is an excellent example of a local company that has been developing a reputation for producing quality products, which not only meet, but exceed client expectations."
The Minister continued: "I commend Webtech NI on making this further commitment to the local economy. They have backed their ambitions with significant investment even in the midst of the current economic uncertainty.
"The willingness to invest is a clear statement of intent to improve capability and enhance their competitive advantage in the market. The company is now well placed to continue its current level of growth and I wish it every success."
