Now Factory Signs New Contract With Vodacom
The Now Factory has announced that it has signed a new contract with Vodacom for its Mobile Moments Vantage solution, enabling the South Africa-based operator to accurately measure the performance of its data network in real time and optimise the customer experience for its 31 million subscribers.
The announcement was made during this week's Enterprise Ireland trade mission to South Africa, led by Ireland's Minister for Trade and Development, Joe Costello, TD.
Mobile Moments Vantage will be deployed across Vodacom's 3G and LTE networks, providing a granular and meaningful measurement of the customer experience, taking into account the impact that individual applications, devices and service types have on data throughput and network performance.
"Measuring and verifying performance across the mobile data network is becoming more challenging for operators given the complex mix of smart devices and services that customers are using across different locations," said Tom Morrisroe, Chief Executive Officer with The Now Factory. "Our Mobile Moments solution will enable Vodacom to successfully address this challenge by providing real time and meaningful views of how their customers use data services at any given time."
Mobile Moments Vantage provides real-time insights into all aspects of the customer experience, including applications, devices and the network. By measuring the cumulative effect of all these elements, Mobile Moments Vantage has earned the reputation as being the most powerful Customer Experience Management (CEM) solution in the mobile industry today, helping the World’s leading network operators to develop more engaging relationships with their customers and drive greater profitability across their business.
