Titanic Quarter developers unveil apartment plans
Developers have unveiled ambitious plans for Titanic Quarter in Belfast.
Belfast Harbour Commission, which is co-promoter of the development, said plans for two 15-storey "landmark" buildings with a number of six-storey high developments in the surrounding area would help as a catalyst for further investment in the area.
Plans have already been put forward for the other half of Titanic Quarter, with a 150,000sq ft building being one of the main features.
Developers want to transform the former shipbuilding areas around Abercorn Basin that originally belonged to shipbuilders Harland and Wolff.

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am after a male pedestrian was struck by a maroon Mazda. Despite being injured, the pedestrian left the area before police arrived.
