Man Charged over Cannabis Seizure
A man who was found with £1m worth of cannabis resin has been charged with drug offences.
The 49-year-old was stopped while driving at the Hillsborough Road roundabout in Lisburn on Wednesday.
He has been charged with possession of a class B controlled drug and possession with intent to supply.
He is due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.

A man has died in a car crash near Clady in County Tyrone
The accident happened at 07:35 on Thursday when a blue Daihatsu car hit a wall on Glenone road.
A man in his 60s was taken to hospital but died later.
Man Bailed Following A&E Disorder
A L’Derry man who pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour in A&E at Altnagelvin Hospital last month has been bailed.
The 30-year-old also admitted to assaulting two police officers on the same date.
Jonathan Richard McCobb, from Canterbury Park, committed the offence on 27 December.
He will be sentenced on 1 March.
£2,500 Theft: L'Derry Man In Court
A man has appeared at court in L’Derry after having stolen £2,500 from another man in the city centre.
19-year-old John Timpson, of Jefferson Court, committed the alleged offence on 17 January.
The incident occurred when an employee of Danske Bank was cashing two work cheques at the branch in Shipquay Place.
He placed the money in an envelope, but Timpson allegedly caught him unaware and stole the envelope.
CCTV footage revealed Timpson as the culprit, leading to his flat being searched.
Detectives found written plans detailing the robbery.
The accused has claimed he heard voices in his head telling him to commit the crime.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear in court on February 14.

Man Arrested In Connection With Dromara Assault
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a report of an assault at licenced premises at the Rathfriland Road area of Dromara. Detective Inspector Bell said: "Shortly before 10:10pm on Friday 15th December, it was reported that an altercation occurred at a bar in the area following three men refused entry to the premises.

Man Dies In Portadown Road Crash
An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Co Fermanagh man suffers broken nose in robbery
A Co Fermanagh man has suffered a broken nose after being assaulted by two men at his home in Enniskillen. The 65-year-old man was confronted by two men who forced their way into his home on Sunday. They then assaulted him before robbing his home. It is understood that a sum of money was taken during the robbery.
