Whitehouse International Laboratories To Expand In Ireland
Whitehouse International Laboratories, a testing facility serving primarily the pharmaceutical and medical device industries has finalised plans to establish an Ireland-based laboratory that envisions the creation of 35 skilled jobs within the next two years.
The initial first round of hires has already been completed with the appointment of Anthony Fitzgerald as the General Manager who will immediately begin to introduce the company's services to the global life science industry. Whitehouse Labs will provide quality control analytical services with a strong specialization on container and package testing.
All Whitehouse Laboratory facilities operate under a strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality system and are certified by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) for package testing.
Commenting on the announcement, Brian Mulhall, Chief Executive Officer of Whitehouse Labs, said: "This first step in the establishment of this operation marks a major expansion of our international footprint. Ireland was chosen for this investment due its strong focus on the life sciences and its ability to allow us to better serve our clients and expose us to a broader and more diverse market in Europe."
