Man Arrested Over Bangor Murder
PSNI Detectives have arrested two people over the murder of 31-year-old Stephen Davidson from Ballyholme Road in Bangor.
A 30 year old female and a 40 year old male were detained shortly after 13:00 on Monday.
Stephen was found by a relative around 17:00 on the evening of Sunday 10 Feb.
He died as a result of a violent struggle.
Police have appealed to any residents in the immediate area of Ballyholme Road to come forward if they noticed any unusual activity at the house.
Witnesses can contact the Bangor incident room on 0845 600 8000, or inform the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Suspect Bailed Over Attempted PSNI Murder
A 36-year-old man has been released after being arrested in connection with the attempted murder of a policeman in east Belfast.
The arrest related to an incident on 30 December 2012 when a police officer found a bomb under his car on the Upper Newtownards Road.
The officer was doing a routine check of his family car as he prepared to take his wife and two children out to lunch.
Man Guilty Of Speedboat Child Death
A Newry man has been given a suspended jail sentence for the manslaughter of a six-year-old Rathfriland boy.
Stuart Wilson was killed when he was hit by a speedboat off Cranfield Beach in south Down over two-and-a-half years ago.
Scaffolding contractor Damien McCann, from Sandyhill in Newry, was steering the speedboat when it struck the child.
The boy died later in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
McCann was told he had exhibited gross negligence in failing to spot the boy in time.
He was sentenced to nine months in jail, suspended for three years.
Belfast Council Cracks Down On Dog Mess
Belfast City Council has reminded dog-owners they will be given an on-the-spot fine of £80 if they fail to clean up after their pet’s mess.
The Council has launched a programme to target dog fouling, particularly in west Belfast.
1,213 fines were issued last year alone.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Arrest Over Attempted Murder
Police have arrested a 25-year-old man in on suspicion of attempted murder following an incident on the Limestone Road in north Belfast on Friday night. A 25-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries sustained during the attack, in which a number of people are believed to have been involved.

Detectives from PSNIs Serious Crime Branch have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in North Belfast Police received a report from the Ambulance Service just after 9pm last night, Thursday 28 June, that they were attending to a seriously injured male who they had located in the area of Parkmount Street / Seaview Close.
