New Courses Announced At Magee Campus
SDLP Foyle MLA Pat Ramsey has welcomed news that 80 full-time undergraduate places are to be created at the Magee Campus across five new courses.
Mr Ramsey said: "I want to welcome the new provision of innovative courses that are now being offered by the University of Ulster at Magee. The new courses cover a range of sought-after areas such as Renewable Energy Engineering, Exercise and Health and important STEM areas like Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
"The courses have been made possible by a recent small increase in STEM places at Magee, somewhat short of our One Plan target, and something I will continue to work on, but welcome none the less. The new offerings will be available to applicants through UCAS immediately depending on the status of your application."
