Salesforce.com To Create 100 New Posts
Dublin Bay North Labour TD Sean Kenny, member of the Oireachtas Communications Committee has welcomed the news that leading online technology company Salesforce.com is planning to add 100 new jobs at its EMEA office in Dublin.
The company plans to hire qualified professionals in sales, marketing, IT and customer support.
Mr Kenny said: "Ireland's reputation as a European hub for the digital industry is growing rapidly as more businesses like Salesforce.com expand their operations here. Today's announcement that Salesforce.com is creating 100 new jobs in Dublin is a strong endorsement of Ireland's strengths in the digital sector and of our talented and dedicated people.
"Technology is central to the Governments plans for jobs and growth, and in the past two years the Government has added substantial jobs in this area. I have been strongly supporting the Government in this. Ireland has played a key role in the success of Salesforce.com in Europe and Ireland is fast becoming the envy of Europe in terms of the digital industry it is building up.
"The Government is determined to accelerate the progress we have made with online companies to create the jobs we need and I completely support it in its drive to get our people back to work."

IBM Create 50 New Jobs In Dublin
