Shots Fired At A House In Dundrum
Shots have been fire at a house in Dundrum at around 2am on Tuesday.
Two men who were in the property in the Church Avenue area at the time were not injured, however they were left badly shaken.
A motive for the incident is currently being investigated according to the police.
The PSNI are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
Alliance Cllr Patrick Clarke said: "I am shocked that this shooting took place in a quiet residential area. The people responsible obviously have no regards for the consequences of their actions.
"Somebody could have been seriously injured or worse.
"There is no place for this sort of violence on our streets. The public must help the Police catch whoever is responsible, so I would urge anybody with any information about this shooting to contact the authorities."

Man Injured In Paramilitary-Style Attack In West Belfast
A 39-year-old man has been injured in a paramilitary-style shooting in west Belfast. The victim was shot in both ankles in the Glenalina Gardens area just after 9.30pm on Tuesday, 30 January. He was taken to hospital to be treated. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A 40-year-old man has been injured in a paramilitary style attack in Co L'Derry. The incident happened at Culdaff Gardens at around 10.35pm on Monday, 29 August. The victim was shot in both ankles, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Four masked men are believed to have been involved in the shooting.

Witnesses Sought To Serious Collision On Old Dublin Road
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious road traffic accident in Co Down. A motorcyclist, aged in his 40s, was seriously injured when he was involved in a collision with a car at about 3pm on the Old Dublin Road, south of Newry, on Thursday, 13 July.

A 16-year-old girl has been arrested after two police officers were injured as trouble flared in Belfast overnight. Petrol bombs and masonry were thrown at the officers in the Woodvale Road area at around 12.50am on Wednesday. No petrol bombs made contact, however two police officers were injured after bottles were thrown at them.
