Man Arrested Over L'Derry Bookmaker Robberies
A 34-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating two armed robberies at bookmakers in L'Derry on Wednesday.
Police say a man with a suspected firearm robbed a premises in the Strand Road area shortly after 18:00.
It is thought he made off in a black car towards the Bishop Street area.
The vehicle was later recovered by police.
The at about 18:30 a man with a gun was reported to have robbed a premises in the Foyle Street area.
A member of staff was ordered to hand over a quantity of money.
A man is currently detained in connection with both incidents.
Man Stable After N Belfast Stabbing
A man stabbed in north Belfast is said to be in a stable condition following the attack.
Police say the incident occurred at about 22:00 on Wednesday in the Silverstream Road area.
The 21-year-old male victim was stabbed a in the leg and also received facial injuries in the assault.
He was taken to a nearby hospital.
Busker Attack Treated As 'Hate Crime'
An attack on a busker in Belfast is being treated as a hate crime by the PSNI.
The assault occurred outside a shop on the lower Newtownards Road.
The victim is understood to be eastern European. He was playing a musical instrument when he was assaulted by a man on Wednesday morning.
Reports say the attacker is about 50 or 60 years old, with grey hair and of a skinny build.
He was wearing glasses and sported a rain coat with the hood up.
Schoolgirls Attacked With Eggs
A teenager has attacked a group of schoolgirls with eggs in north Belfast.
The incident is thought to have occurred on the Ballysillan Road at about 16:00 on Wednesday.
The attacker is described as being aged in his late teens, about 5ft 5ins tall and wearing a blue top.
He was said to have boarded a bus and thrown eggs at the schoolgirls onboard.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Man Arrested In Connection With Dromara Assault
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a report of an assault at licenced premises at the Rathfriland Road area of Dromara. Detective Inspector Bell said: "Shortly before 10:10pm on Friday 15th December, it was reported that an altercation occurred at a bar in the area following three men refused entry to the premises.

Man Dies In Portadown Road Crash
An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Co Fermanagh man suffers broken nose in robbery
A Co Fermanagh man has suffered a broken nose after being assaulted by two men at his home in Enniskillen. The 65-year-old man was confronted by two men who forced their way into his home on Sunday. They then assaulted him before robbing his home. It is understood that a sum of money was taken during the robbery.
