Police investigate death of man with head injuries
Police are investigating the death of a man in Co Antrim today.
The man was admitted to Lagan Valley Hospital in Lisburn this morning suffering from serious head injuries after being injured at Ferguson Drive in Knockmore.
Police believe that the man, who has not yet been named, may have been injured in a road accident, however a post mortem is to be carried out to establish the exact cause of death.

A woman has been arrested following the sudden death of a man in Magherafelt. A 46-year-old man died in L'Derry in the early hours of Tuesday, 05 December. Police are treating the death as suspicious. A 32-year-old woman has been arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.

A man aged in his 50s has died in a house fire in Magherafelt, Co L'Derry An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire at a house on Highfield Road, however police said that they don't believe the fire was suspicious. The man's identity has not yet been released.

Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Two men have been arrested over alleged death threats sent to Oldham manager Darren Kelly from Northern Ireland. Greater Manchester Police arrested a 27-year-old man and 42-year-old man on suspicion of making threats to kill. They are being detained by the police for questioning.

Second Man Arrested Over Liverpool Hit-And-Run
A second man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run in Liverpool in which Co Antrim man Matthew Bradley was killed. The 33-year-old man was detained on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in Bradford. He has been conditionally bailed to appear in court in December, according to Merseyside Police.
