Pair Arrested Over Larne Disorder
Two men have been arrested and detained by detectives investigating serious disorder in Larne, County Antrim.
A crowd of over 100 people damaged homes and property and attacked police in the Knockdhu Park and Ferris Avenue areas of the town on 30 March.
Detectives detained two men, aged 24 and 48, in the Larne and Antrim areas under the Terrorism Act on Thursday. They have been taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
The two arrests today bring the total number in connection with the incident to 19.

Three Arrested Over Larne Disorder
The PSNI has confirmed officers have arrested three people as part of investigations into disorder in Larne, County Antrim, on 30 March. A 28-year-old man was arrested in Carrickfergus, a 34-year-old man was arrested in Newtownabbey and a 36-year-old woman was arrested in Ballyclare on Thursday.

A 23-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating serious disorder in Larne earlier this year. Police have said he was arrested in Ballymena and taken to Antrim police station for questioning under the Terrorism Act. In March, more than 100 people were involved in disturbances in the Knockdhu Park and Ferris Avenue areas of the town.

Following a consultation exercise the Minister has decided to close the Hearing Centres at Bangor, Larne, Limavady and Magherafelt and retain the Hearing Centre in Strabane.
