40 Jobs To Be Created By New Greenway Project
Some 40 construction jobs are to be created as work is carried out on a new 40km stretch of Greenway cycle path between Athlone and Mullingar.
It is part of a larger plan to eventually provide a continuous off-road route between Dublin and Galway.
€4m Greenway funding has been secured for the latest stretch of bicycle path.

Purepipe To Create Six New Jobs
Belfast-based Purepipe is investing £250,000 and creating six new jobs as part of plans to boost sales in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Invest Northern Ireland has offered the company £45,000 towards its expansion which involves investing in new state-of-the-art specialised pipe manufacturing equipment needed to target new business.
