PSNI Launch New Phone Line To Report Racist Hate Crimes

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) has launched a new phone line to be dedicated to the reporting of racist hate crimes, following the increased number of racist attacks.

Assistant Chief Constable Will Kerr said the service can be accessed by dialling 101.

The PSNI hope it will encourage people to pass more information to police.

Mr Kerr also met Belfast city councillors earlier this month to discuss the recent spread of hate crime incidents.
