Queen's Baton Relay On Day Three Of Four In NI Visit
The Queen's Baton Relay is on day three of its four day visit to Northern Ireland.
The baton, which travels the world to promote the upcoming Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014, has so far stopped at Belleek, County Fermanagh, Peatlands Park in Dungannon, Portadown and the Goodyear Sports & Social Club.
It will today travel to Lurgan, then to Tandragee and on to Rathfriland.
By the end of the relay, the journey will have taken 288 days over a distance of 118,000 miles (190,000km).
Neil Lennon Quits Celtic
Neil Lennon has quit as manager of Celtic after four years at the club.
A brief statement from Mr Lennon said: "I have parted company with Celtic.
"The club are in a very strong position and I wish the fans and the club all the very best for the future."
It is understood the Mr Lennon had been considering his position at the club for "some time" and the announcement follows a meeting with the club held earlier today.
Coast Guard Warns About Rip-Tides On North Coast
The Coast Guard has issued a warning on the dangers of rip-tides along the north coast, following the death of a 25-year-old man while bodyboarding.
Stephen Pentony, from Newry, died after he got into difficulty off Portrush, County Antrim.
"People need to watch out for these tides," said Chris Little from Coleraine coastguard station.
"These waters are known for rip-currents. There are warning signs about. They are caused by the shape of the bay and sandbanks.
"These currents along the north coast can be a very frightening experience.
"Two surfers were also caught up in a similar situation last week. They were very lucky to get away from the current.
"I ask people to think twice about what they are doing and they are appropriately dressed when going into the water."

Man Dies After Bus Fall In Belfast
Detectives are investigating the death of an 80-year-old man who fell from a bus in Belfast. Police have said that they believe the man was travelling on a 2J Translink Metro bus service at around 11:15am on Friday, 08 November, when he suffered a fall as the bus travelled along Royal Avenue, near it's junction with North Street.
