California-Based Cloud Company Announces 200 Jobs For Dublin
Two hundred new jobs are to be created in Dublin following the announcement that Workday, a cloud applications company, is to double the size of its operations in the city.
The California-based company opened its European headquarters in Dublin in 2008, currently employing 200 people locally, and almost 3,000 worldwide.
The announcement of an additional 200 jobs at the firm brings the total announced by Enda Kenny during his trip to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, to 400.

Microsoft has announced it is to create 200 new jobs in Ireland. The firm confirmed it is further investing in Ireland through the expansion of its Dublin-based EMEA Inside Sales organisation. The company announced in February that Dublin had been selected as the location for the new EMEA Inside Sales organisation.

Eishtec Announces 200 New Jobs
Eishtec, the Waterford-based customer service solution provider, is to create 200 jobs in its new custom built centre in Clonmel, County Tipperary. The jobs will be created over the next six months and recruitment will begin immediately. Eishtec has been supported by the Department of Jobs, through Enterprise Ireland.
