Three Firms To Create Over 100 Jobs
More than 200 new jobs are to be created by three firms in Galway and Dublin.
In Galway, 100 will be created by SmartBear, an American firm establishing its new European headquarters in the city, while in Dublin, 15 jobs are to be created by IT project management company Daysha Consulting, as part of a €1.5m investment. In addition, TK Maxx has announced that 90 jobs will be created at its newest store at the Ilac Centre on Henry Street in Dulbin.

Two Firms Create Over 400 New Jobs
Three hundred and sixty new full time jobs are to be created by motorway services Applegreen, with the opening of six new stations. An additional 250 jobs will also be created during the construction of the new motorway forecourts, which will be in Wicklow, Birdhill in Co Tipperary, Swords in Co Dublin, and Lemybrien, Co Waterford.

Two L'Derry Firms Create Eight New Jobs
Two firms based in L'Derry, GolfstoreEurope and Lucid Interactive, have recently benefited from Invest Northern Ireland's Jobs Fund, creating eight new jobs in the area. Ian Murphy, Invest NI's Director of Growth and Scaling, said: "SME's in the North West continually display a strong entrepreneurial focus and desire to succeed.

Enterprise Ireland has supported significant investments in ten Irish companies, which will result in the creation of approximately 386 new jobs over the next three years. Making the announcement Tánaiste Mary Harney said the companies supported varied from new start-ups with high export growth potential to established companies expanding activity.
