Homes And Cars Attacked In 'Spate' Of Hate Crimes
A number of homes and cars in east Belfast have been vandalised in a spate of hate crimes, police have reported.
Police say that they believe the incidents, which all took place before 23:00 on Monday, are connected.
Two houses in Bloomfield Avenue and Chobham Street had their windows smashed, while a third house in the area had paint thrown at it.
And two cars in Rosebery Street and Ravenscroft Street were damaged.
Racist graffiti also appeared on gable walls in the area.
A police spokesperson said that officers are "investigating a link between these incidents and are treating each of them as a hate crime".

Polish Residents Attacked In Latest Hate Crime
Two Polish residents of east Belfast have become the latest victims of a spate of racist hate crimes in the city, after the living room window of their house on Templemore Avenue was smashed at 23:30 on Monday night. A man in his 20s and a woman in her 40s were in the house at the time.
