Belfast bomb alert an 'elaborate hoax' say police
A bomb alert at the offices of the Belfast Telegraph has been declared an elaborate hoax.

However, this was eventually lifted just after lunchtime on Friday.
Meanwhile, a security alert outside Grosvenor Road police station in Belfast last night was also declared a hoax.
A man was seen running away from the abandoned vehicle late on Thursday night.
Army technical officers carried out a controlled explosion on the car, but nothing suspicious was found.
