Google 'Juice Bar' To Help NI Businesses Get Online

Finance Minister Simon Hamilton is encouraging Northern Ireland business owners to book a place at an upcoming Google 'Juice Bar' event.

The free event will take place on 26 November 2014 at the Ulster University Business School, in partnership with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

The Google Juice Bar offers free advice and digital support to local business owners as part of a drive to help small businesses grow online.

Minister Hamilton said: "A recent study has shown that businesses that have a presence online grow four to eight times faster than those who do not. It is vital that businesses get the support they need to grow online.

"The Google Juice Bar is an excellent opportunity for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to gain the necessary skills to get the most out of their digital marketing and boost online presence. The Juice Bar will cover everything from creating a website to marketing a business online."

FSB Policy Chairman, Wilfred Mitchell OBE, said: "We hope that local business owners will take this opportunity to sit with us and learn how digital tools can help to boost and transform their enterprises."

Google Juice Bar Belfast will take place at Ulster Business School on 26 November 2014 at 16:30.
