200 Properties Without Water
About 200 properties in the Cookstown area of County Tyrone remain without water, it has been announced.
NI Water said the properties served by the Lough Fea Water Treatment Works may be currently experiencing disruption to their water supply.
The government body said the disruption was due to ongoing industrial action and that, while the service has been restored, customers on higher ground and those affected by air locks in the system may experience a slight delay in their supply returning.
"NI Water remains on high alert with a Major Incident regime in place and we are committed to continued engagement with Trade Unions in an effort to resolve this dispute," a statement said. "The company would stress once more the key demand that pension reform be delayed is not within its gift to provide. It believes dialogue rather than causing disruption represents the best way forward."
