Police launch appeal for missing girl
Police in Ballymena are appealing for information following the disappearance of a teenage girl.
Kerry McRitchie, 16, from the Rathfern area of the town, was last seen in Magherafelt.
She is described as being 5'3" in height, of medium build with brown hair and was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt with white writing and denim jeans.
Anyone with information on Kerry's whereabouts is asked to contact police in Ballymena on 028 2565 3355.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Search For Missing Cyclist Continues
The search for a cyclist, who went missing at the weekend, is still ongoing, as the police remain concerned for his safety. Samuel Campbell, 49, went out cycling on Sunday at 14.15 in the Kells area of County Antrim and failed to return.

A police officer assaulted a man at a bar while off-duty and unlawfully accessed information on police computer systems, according to a Police Ombudsman investigation. The officer was given an adult caution after he was found to have punched a man in the face during an argument at a bar in Belfast city centre in August 2014.

Police are appealing for information after a man, armed with a knife, stole a cash register from a shop in Ballymena. The incident occurred at premises on Queen Street at around 6.30am on Monday, 11 September. the suspect is described as being approximately 6ft in height and had his face covered with a dark balaclava.
