Robbers leave 89-year-old in state of shock
An elderly woman was left in a state of shock yesterday after being robbed in her Co Tyrone shop.
The 89-year-old woman was in her shoe shop at Main Street, Dromore on Tuesday when three men entered the store demanding money.
She was then tied up and gagged before the men made off with a sum of cash. The woman suffered bruising to her arms during the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Pensioners attacked by robbers
Police in Londonderry have appealed for witnesses following the mugging of a pensioner at around 9pm last night. The woman, who is in her 70's, was walking along the Aileach Road, when she had her handbag snatched by two men. The woman suffered shock but was otherwise injured during the incident.

Two Men Arrested After Woman Hit By Scrambler In West Belfast
Two men have been arrested after a woman was struck by a scrambler in west Belfast. The incident happened at Colin Glen Forest Park on Tuesday, 19 July. The woman is currently in a critical condition in hospital. Sinn Féin MLA Jennifer McCann said the local community are in shock.

A pensioner has been treated for shock after a number of men broke into her south Belfast home early this morning. The 78-year-old woman awoke to find three intruders standing in her bedroom shortly after midnight.

An elderly woman has been treated for shock after her south Belfast home was robbed on Sunday. The incident occurred at the woman's home at Rosetta Park at around 8pm last night. The 84-year-old was confronted by two masked men after going to investigate noises in an upstairs bedroom.
