Bank Of Ireland Admits Delay In Payments
The Bank of Ireland has confirmed that some customers may face a delay in payments being made into their accounts.
A number of customers contacted the bank through social media to complain that payments,which were due to go into their counts today, had not been received.
In a statement the bank said: "We acknowledge that some payments are being processed at a later time than customers anticipate but we wish to reassure our customers that any credit due into their account today will be processed today."

Ulster Bank Error Leaves Customers' Payments Delayed
Ulster Bank has admitted ongoing delays in processing payments and warned it may take until tomorrow (Friday) for the backlog to be cleared. The bank thanked customers for their patience and said that anyone who needs to access their salary or social security payments urgently should go to their local branch with account details and ID.

Danske Bank is investigating after multiple customers have reported issues with direct debit payments this morning, Monday 02 September. Scores of Danske bankers across Northern Ireland said their regular payments haven't been coming out of their accounts.

Ulster Bank Payments Delayed Further
A bank that has been plagued with technical difficulties over the past few days has said its payments system will not be fully up and running until Monday. Although Ulster Bank said the days-long backlog would be resolved today, many customers are still unable to access recent payments.

Bank Apologises For Late Payments
The Bank of Ireland UK has offered an apology to its customers after a delay in processing payments. On Monday, a spokesperson for the bank said the glitch affects some customers who are expecting payments to arrive into their accounts today (3 February). They added that the money should appear in the relevant account by close of business.

Ulster Bank Announce Compensation Details
Ulster Bank have announced details of the compensation it will pay to customers who were affected by the recent computer glitch. The bank said customers who ere left out-of-pocket will be reimbursed, as well as an additional 20% on top of theses up to a maximum of £100, to Personal and SME customers.
