Police Appeal After Woman Seriously Assaulted In Belfast
Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was seriously assaulted in Belfast on Saturday 13 June.
The woman was attacked outside commercial premises on the Newtownards Road.
Police are trying to trace two women who helped the victim.
The woman is believed to have been seriously injured.
Inspector Gary McDonald said: "We are appealing for witnesses, we are particularly interested in hearing from two female members of the public who assisted the victim, to come forward and assist us with our enquiries in relation to the incident.
"Anyone with information should contact the Police Public Protection Unit 028 9025 9264 or through the non-emergency number 101 or alternatively anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Woman Sexually Assaulted In Omagh
Police have appealed for information after a 24-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in Omagh. The attack is thought to have happened in a walkway in the Johnston Park area between 1am and 3am on Sunday (30 November). Detectives want to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may be able to assist the investigation.

Appeal Issued To Woman Who Helped Assault Victim
An appeal has been issued following the assault of man in the early hours of Sunday morning, 11 March. A man, aged in his 30s, was attacked by up to three men at about 2am in the Glenabbey area of the city. He was treated in hospital for injuries to his face and arm.
