Patrick Kielty And Cat Deeley Expecting Their First Child
Comedian Patrick Kielty from Dundrum, Co Down, has announced that he and his wife Cat Deeley are expecting their first child.
The pair shared their news vis Twitter. Cat wrote: 'Exciting news… Paddy and I are so happy to be expecting our first child in the spring… Lucky us'.
The comedian previously joked about the possibility of having children.
He said: "I hope that any child we might have has Cat's looks and my accent. With our two strong accents, we basically needed subtitles or a UN translator."
The pair married in a secret ceremony in Rome in 2012.

Man Extradited From US Over Historical Child Sex Abuse
A 68-year-old man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for a series of indecent assaults on a child in the 1970s. Damien Desmond Anderson, originally from L'Derry, was extradited from the US to face justice. He was convicted of 12 counts of indecent assault against a female who was 11 years old at the time of the abuse.

More Work Needed To Tackle Child Poverty
According to recent research more needs to be done to get children in Northern Ireland out of Poverty, with the British Government being blamed for the elimination target slipping. The charity Barnardos has revealed that two areas in Northern Ireland have two of the highest rates of child poverty in the UK.
