NI Man Dies In Co Mayo Crash
A man from Northern Ireland has died in a collision in Co Mayo.
The crash occurred on the Hollymount to Claremorris Road at around 1.20pm on Sunday.
The 55-year-old victim, who was driving a motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the van was taken to Mayo General Hospital as a precaution.
The road has been re-opened and an investigation has launched.

The older brother of Boyzone singer Ronan Keating has died in a road collision in Co Mayo. Tributes have been paid to Ciaran Keating, who was aged in his 50s, after he died in a two-vehicle crash on the N5 at Ballymiles at approximately 3.35pm Saturday, 15 July.

A man has died in a collision in Co Antrim. The crash happened on the Tornagrough Road in Hannahstown just before 8am on Wednesday, 27 September. Police are working to establish the circumstances of the collision and identify all of the vehicles involved. The PSNI are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
