Woman Seriously Sexually Assaulted In South Belfast
Police have revisited the scene of a serious sexual assault on a woman in south Belfast.
The incident occurred in the Upper Malone Road area on Wednesday 16 September.
The woman, in her 20s, was attacked by a man as she was walking along a pathway from the Upper Malone Road to Ramore Park.
Detective Sergeant Gary Chambers said: "We are very keen to identify the male responsible for this attack and we intend to revisit the site of the assault to speak with passers-by who may have been in the area on the 16 September and who may have noticed suspicious activity.
"I would appeal to anyone who has any information which could assist us with our enquiries to contact detectives at the Rape Crime Unit at Ladas Drive on 101."

An investigation has launched after a woman has been hospitalised following a sexual assault in L'Derry in the early hours of Sunday morning. The incident occurred in the Lecky Road area at around 1.15am. The woman, aged in her 50s, was approached by a man who pulled her into an alleyway and sexually assaulted her.
