Man suffers suspected fractured skull in attack
A man has suffered a suspected fractured skull after being attacked in north Belfast on Sunday.
The 22-year-old man was walking along the Cliftonville Road when two men got out of a passing car and attacked him.
Police believe a number of women were also in the car and have appealed for information on the attack.
No motive has yet been established.
Elsewhere, police in Lisburn are appealing for information after a teenage girl was left traumatised following a robbery at her home on Saturday.
The 14-year-old was home alone when a gang of masked men broke into the house in the Whinney Hill area of the city.
They locked the girl in the bathroom before ransacking the house. They then stole jewellery and electrical equipment before escaping.
The girl was uninjured in the incident.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".

Two Men Arrested Over Shooting Attack In L'Derry
Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting attack in L'Derry. A man was shot in the leg at a premises in Central Drive on 27 March. A 26-year-old and a 49-year-old man were arrested on Wednesday, 19 April. They have been detained and are being questioned by the police.

Co Fermanagh man suffers broken nose in robbery
A Co Fermanagh man has suffered a broken nose after being assaulted by two men at his home in Enniskillen. The 65-year-old man was confronted by two men who forced their way into his home on Sunday. They then assaulted him before robbing his home. It is understood that a sum of money was taken during the robbery.
