Comber Firm Announces Expansion Plans
Farmageddon Brewery Co-Operative Limited, based in Comber, is investing over £100,000 as part of a two year expansion plan.
The firm produces a range of unpasteurised and unfiltered ale and has recently invested in new brewing equipment as part of its continued growth.
Susan Jackson from Farmageddon Brewery Co-Operative Limited, said: "Our aim over the next two years is to increase awareness among potential new customers by carrying out market visits and attending trade shows such as the Craft Beer Rising festival in February.
"This investment is an important milestone in our development. Invest NI's assistance is enabling us to implement these growth plans and explore new business opportunities in markets such as China and Mexico."

Belfast-based Purepipe is investing £250,000 and creating six new jobs as part of plans to boost sales in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Invest Northern Ireland has offered the company £45,000 towards its expansion which involves investing in new state-of-the-art specialised pipe manufacturing equipment needed to target new business.

L'Derry Engineering Firm Expands With 14 New Roles
A L'Derry-based mechanical engineering company has created 14 new roles as it expands with the establishment of a new manufacturing plant. Gallagher and McKinney Limited, which provides contractor and sub-contractor management on piping and steel work projects, has built a facility at Skeoge Industrial Park in the city.
