Man Arrested After Police Seize Over £500,000 Of Herbal Cannabis
A 38-year-old man has been arrested after police seized over £500,000 worth of herbal cannabis on Monday night.
Detectives stopped a lorry on the M2 at around 10.45pm and uncovered drugs believed to worth around £520,000.
The man is being questioned at Musgrave Police Station.
Detective Inspector Keith Galloway said: "This seizure highlights our continued determination to tackle the scourge of illegal drugs in the local community."
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
