Five Men Arrested Following Burglary In Belfast

Five men have been arrested in connection with a burglary at commercial premises in Belfast.

The incident happened at a shop in the College Street area in the early hours of Wednesday morning, 22 June.

The suspects are currently being detained in police custody.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "I would also like to appeal to anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the College Street / Royal Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of this morning to contact police at Musgrave Station on 101, or alternatively, by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.

'Hate Crime' Attack On Belfast House
Police are treating an attack on a house in north Belfast as a 'hate crime', it has been revealed. A man has reported that the windows of his house in the Deacon Street area were smashed at around 02:00 in the early hours on Sunday morning. The man and several children were in the property at the time but were not injured.

PSNI Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Belfast Man
The PSNI have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 31-year-old Conor Bradley. Conor was last seen on Saturday, 29 January. He is described as 6'6", of slim build with ginger hair. He is believed to be in the Belfast area, according to police. Anyone with any information about Conor or his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
