New anti-bullying posters launched
The new Children's Commissioner for Northern Ireland has officially launched a new poster campaign aimed at bullying.
Children's Commissioner Nigel Williams launched the new anti-bullying posters, which are set to adorn all Western Education and Library Board buses from Limavady to Fermanagh, in Omagh today.
The launch coincided with the publication of the Education Board's anti-bullying policy.
It follows a survey in October which revealed that a quarter of 10 and 11-year-olds experience some form of bullying at school.

New Child Protection Board Launched
The Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland, designed to better protect children across Northern Ireland, comes into force on Tuesday The new board has been established to ensure the effectiveness of agencies involved in child protection. It includes membership from health and social services, criminal justice and education boards.

The pack, ‘Having Your Say in Bullying Policies', aims to help involve children and young people in school anti-bullying policies.
