Man Dies In Co Tyrone Farm Accident

The Health and Safety Executive has launched an investigation after a man died in an accident at a farm in Co Tyrone.

It is believed the incident occurred on Sunday, 11 September.

Sinn Féin MLA Linda Dillon said: "This death on a farm in the Dungannon area will have shocked the local area and the wider farming community. 

"Any death on a farm is one too many. 

"I send my sympathies to the family and friends of this man at this difficult time."

Man Dies In Tyrone Farm Accident
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has launched an investigation after a man died in a farm accident in Co Tyrone. Emergency services were called to the farm in the Coolaghy Road area of Ardstraw on Sunday, 02 September. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem is to be carried out.

Man Killed In Farming Incident
A man has died in a farming accident in Co Fermanagh. The victim, 71, is thought to have been attacked by cattle on his farm near Ballinamallard. The incident happened over the weekend. An investigation is now being carried out by the Health and Safety Executive.
