Investigation Launched After House Attacked In Co Down
Police have launched an investigation after three masked men, armed with sledgehammers and crowbars, broke into a house in Newtownards, Co Down.
The attack happened at a property in the Blenheim Drive area at around 11.55pm on Thursday, 05 January.
A television and a number of other items were smashed.
The men made off towards Cartlina Gardens and Main Drive.
The PSNI are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Attacked During Aggravated Burglary In South Belfast
A number of masked men attacked a 24-year-old man during an aggravated burglary in south Belfast. The assault happened at a property in the Malfin Drive area at around 10.10pm on Wednesday, 07 September. One man has been arrested and is being questioned at Musgrave Police Station. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Ambulance Crew Assaulted In Co Antrim
A man has been arrested after an ambulance crew were attacked in Greenisland, Co Antrim. Their ambulance and equipment were also damaged during the incident which occurred in the Knockleigh Drive area on Sunday. The man has previously attacked a woman before attacking members of the ambulance crew. The man is currently being detained by police.

Woman Assaulted During Aggravated Burglary In Newtownabbey
A woman has been assaulted during an aggravated burglary in Newtownabbey. A number of masked and armed men forced entry to a property in the Forthill Drive area at around 10.15pm on Wednesday, 19 September. A woman who was in the house at the time was attacked and sustained an injury to her lip. Three other people in the property were not injured.

Petrol Bomb Thrown At Police Vehicle In Co Antrim
Two masked men threw a petrol bomb at a police vehicle in Co Antrim. The attack happened in the Castlemara Drive area in Carrickfergus at around 2.20am on Sunday, 29 May. The bomb hit the vehicle, however no damage was caused. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
