Mother And Daughter Tied Up During Aggravated Burglary In Co Tyrone
A woman has been attacked during an aggravated burglary in Co Tyrone.
The incident happened at a house on the Tattyreagh Road in Omagh on Wednesday evening, 11 January.
The mother and her eight-year-old daughter were also tied up by two masked men armed with a hammer.
The woman was hit in the face and had to receive medical treatment.
The men made off with a quantity of jewellery.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Police investigate ‘suspicious’ death in Strabane
Police in Strabane are investigating the suspicious death of a 43-year-old woman in the town. The body of the woman was discovered in a house in the Churchview area of Strabane, County Tyrone last night. It is understood a man is currently assisting police with their enquiries. There are no further details at present.

Woman Assaulted During Aggravated Burglary In Newtownabbey
A woman has been assaulted during an aggravated burglary in Newtownabbey. A number of masked and armed men forced entry to a property in the Forthill Drive area at around 10.15pm on Wednesday, 19 September. A woman who was in the house at the time was attacked and sustained an injury to her lip. Three other people in the property were not injured.

Man stabbed in Co Tyrone assault
A man was stabbed and three others injured following an assault in Co Tyrone at the weekend. It is believed that up to eight people tracked the group of three men and one woman as they left a bar in William Street, Dungannon, at around 1.20am on Sunday morning. The group, who were all from Coalisland, were then attacked in Irish Street.
