Connect To Success Work Experience Portal Opens
Aimed at inspiring the next generation of employees, Connect to Success NI is an online system that enables employers to promote and advertise work experience opportunities for young people.
Developed by the Department for the Economy, the system offers employers the facility to upload your work experience opportunities to help young people find them more quickly and easily.
Benefits of the work experience online system for employers include:
• access to a wider range of young people and potential work experience candidates, who can assist your business, through a central source
• streamlines your process of securing and organising work experience
• ensures that your business offers a fairer approach for young people looking for a work experience
• helps you to promote your sector, so that young people will consider the skills required in your field at an early stage and follow a career in this area
Once registered, employers can then advertise their work experience opportunities online for young people to view.
